I love the way music has the ability to take you somewhere else. Albeit not always somewhere you want to go, but that power still lies there.One of those night's; sleep dodging me, zoo still awake so I write while I watch them. But that's a different story, the zoo. I'm listening to a song, not terribly old, not exceptionally new, but it holds memories. I wonder if it's like that for everyone. You hear a song and it takes you back. Not the kind of song that takes you back and then you're back in work mode. A song that takes you back, and after the initial while says, "Come back here Bitch, I'm not done with you".
There's probably a lot more to say on this, and the intention is there, but tonight's not the night for it. All I can say for now is.....to be continued.
